Hey girl ! I’m right at 20 weeks with my 3rd baby. I couldn’t survive this pregnant without caffeine so I do the max each day. So far I’ve only gained 7 pounds but I’m healthy (I had preeclampsia after my son last year)
How do you feel about gaining a pound for the next 20 weeks ? I do not want to gain a pound each week?
Immediately feeling better when you said there were weeks when you only managed one workout. I’m 8+4 and I think I’ve only managed one or MAYBE two workouts a week so far. Excited to get more movement back in
