🍝 1. Shirataki Noodles – Just 6 calories per 100g! Pair it with paneer to make protein-rich paneer noodles.
Keeps you full, kills cravings, and you won’t even feel like you’re dieting.
🥛 2. Low Fat Curd – Around 68 calories per 100g.
Mix it with a scoop of whey and it literally tastes like ice cream 🍦. Plus, you get extra protein and gut health benefits from probiotics.
🥤 3. Diet Coke – Zero calories. I don’t drink it every day, but on those extreme hunger days,
taking it with a meal makes you feel full and even satisfies sweet cravings.
