  2. Heyy but iam doing this only for 10 min i can't do more than that I have seen some change in just one day. But no junk food no cool drinks no noodles Maggie pastha etc all healthy vegetables dal little rice roti eggs salad that's it thank uu robertttt lov uu ❤

  4. im 17 and very overweight, i want to look better AND get healthier, + prove a lot of people wrong. ive actually tried this workout before in the past but never stuck to it long enough to know if it was working/if results were coming in at all. today is my first day back to it and im writing this comment while half-way in because im already losing motivation so im pausing for a minute (ill keep pushing through, just annoying in the beginning) 😭. i want to do this daily and ill try to come back to my comment every day. ill be back to it after i finish for today as well.

    I've gained weight during my school break, and wish to get rid of it since school is starting in 6 days. I'm weighing around 54 – 54.50 kg as of the moment and hoping to reach my goal of 48 – 46 kg by the end of the month.

    Day 1: ✅ – so tiring that I took breaks between exercises in order to complete this whole workout

    Day 2: ✅ – Same as day 1, still pretty hard but managed to get through it

    Day 3: ❌ – Did a glute focused workout to balance cardio and strength training (Weight update: 54.05 kg)

Well so when i was 10 11 13 yrs old i was quite chubby then on one summer break i realised that i need to make myself strong and healthy so i started doing 2 workouts a day 1st one of urs and 2nd one just random minkey dance thingy and i lost so much fat now all my relatives cousins my parents and best friend says that i got so slim! Well now its just the starting of school and i am motivated to be stronger again so i can do self defence i do this exercise and also a yt self defence boxing class! And i love it! I already feel better i am 13 now btw and love the vids i hope u do well❤
