a BALANCED what I eat in a day, that’s what makes me feel healthy and happy

  1. I WISH i could eat like this. That is the kind of food I love but my dad thinks that to be healthy is to eat loads of meat but I really prefer being pescatarian and it’s improved my mental health too. I feel sick when near meat but I get called ungrateful if I leave it. I balance all my meals I eat at school (carbs, protein fibre- usually pasta/rice/bread 3-5 dif veggies, chesse/fish for protein and an apple for dessert.) I have really bad body issues and having food I like makes me WANT to eat. Naturally I love fruit over chocolate/candy but my dad buys it for me and I have bad impulse control and binge eating and restricting habits and then he gets mad at me for eating them…? He also tells me I need to eat meat or I’m going to stunt my growth.. I’m struggling with my mental health and eating pescatarian has definitely helped improve my mood. I can’t talk back to my dad but I genuinely can’t eat meat anymore. It’s got to the point where if my dad isn’t home I cook myself something simple like pasta and a veggie sauce with cheese for protein bc my mum listens to my dad despite disliking meat too. We were eating veggie 5-6 days a week (my dad cooks weekends) and I was ok with that but now it’s more like 2-3 times a week which is much worse. Idk what to do bc I want to eat like this and I WAS eating like this until my dad started comparing but imo he should cook for himself bc me and my mum don’t like meat 🤷‍♀️

  2. I don't eat before working out. Just drink some lemon water and go straight into workout haha. I feel like I might throw up if I workout with food in my stomach. Lol
