Low carb? First of all , you don't put avocado oil , use butter…. Then you do know that even a smallest amount of onions have several carbs to it. All vegetables have carbs, so you have to add that burger sauce unless it's made with yogurt, but it's still going to have carbs in there.And the best cheese would be asiatigo a parmesan cause it's the best hard cheese to use exactly how many carbs is the one that you made.I'm sure I can make one that's lower carb and just As tasty!!

On Sundays I would cook 3-5 pounds of Ground Turkey or Beef. I'd buy shredded lettuce, cheese, no carb salsa, and sour cream. Every night I'd smash a huge bowl and returning for 2nds usually small amount befor 11pm. I did this everyday, every Sunday Id switch the meat and repeat. I lost 60 pounds in 8 months, I ran 5 miles, lifted and then walked 2 miles daily. I called it my taco salad diet. I have a tendency to eat late night so somtims Id roll to McDonalds n just get the burger patties, ill always eat at night i tried evrything.
Just realized I have been eating a lot of keto meals inadvertently. GF options are too spendy for my celiacs so I just go without the processed carbs. This is basically how I do burgers anyway.
