Big breakfast bacon,eggs, with chopped onions, a small amount of leftover veg and/or/salmon/ ham etc scrambled keeps me and husband going 'til mid afternoon most days. Big meat-based late lunch with maybe 1 veg or meat/ veg soup side, cheese, a few crackers, or homemade wrap or bread w/ lots of butter. Then a snack light meal at sundown. We are not purists, in our 70's, and I am doing a low oxalate variation still use dairy- mostly raw milk when we get it. Ihave great energy & only need to lose 10-15 more lbs. Thank you Neisha and dr.Berry…slow improvement on neuropathy too! We can do this!
I would discontinue the iodine. You’re already getting enough iodine for proper thyroid hormone production in your diet. I went down that Brownstein hole before and found it to be hurtful not helpful. Just my .02
Are you doing 1:1 ratio fat and protein? I’ve been meat based since 2017 I’ve gained some weight through the years and saw your post and got inspired. I’m keeping my calories at 1000 per day. Will this cause weight loss or cause my body to hang on to fat? I get confused with the eat high fat to lose fat vs eat high protein to lose fat. 1:1 seemed sensible but daily calorie intake is the concern.
I’m curious about the Sweet Drops. If I’m just starting carnivore, would your husband be mad at me? 😂 And is your bottle cloudy or chunky? I see mixed reviews. I currently put some chocolate Fairlife protein drink in my coffee – Sweet coffee addict

i've been told no iodine on hashimotoes so maybe it is safe for me? so confusing can u help?
