  1. you guys gotta look at net carb not total carb. So fiber minus carb = net carb that you are actually getting in ur body.

    Let’s say a food has 20g of carbs and 15g of fiber then we are only eating 5g carbs which is net carb!! Also only processed carbs are bad for our health

  2. Well, those veggies are nothing but carbs. I have nothing against veggies, and I love to add them to get fiber into my diet, but the title of this short is misleading.
