Hi guy's just letting you know that since i follow your walking exercise my Glucose is going normal now for almost 4 months i got my glucose back to normal like 98 somotimes 104 or 115 no kidding aside i feel great and amazing…my body is like a paper very light after i am doing your exercise every morning sometimes at 4 in the afternoon…Guy"s out there who have the same problem with higb glucose try this type of exercise everyday and follow your balance diet…You will bit your diabetes like me…And guy's i am breast cancer survival too stage 3 and now i am free cancer for almost 17 years, i bit the cancer out to my body, and also my glucose…stay fit and disipline yourself…thanks to be God, i am fit and healthyšŸ˜ŠšŸ˜Šā¤ā¤
