  6. Hi Kayla, I prepped these meals, snacks and the dinner. It turned out great, but I have now found I have a tree nut allergy. I had not eaten so many nut products in the past. Do you have nut substitute recommendations.

  9. Lovely Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about – Dinanlinson Perfection Guide Approach (do a search on google)? It is a great one off product for discovering a collection of tasty paleo recipes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan at last got astronomical results with it.
