  1. Okay so 1, YOU ARE FABULOUS! I NEVER comment on videos but honestly you make it SO simple! to start I'm about 182 pounds, I've been going to the gym every other day, 15 min cardio, 15 minutes legs/arms workout and crunches so I'm hoping some of that is muscle mass but who knows! I'm 5'7. I know I'm kind of chunky, but trying to come up with healthy snacks and foods is so hard for me, I struggle with severe anxiety and what makes me feel better? FOOD. Country fried, cheesy, carby FOOD lol. So doc says they want me at 150 pounds (LOL, not with these hips) and it seems…all to far away honestly and after I watched this honestly I just feel SO much better! If you are like me ya'll we got this, even if we struggle from time to time <3 thank you so much for this video I needed to hear this!

  2. Why not do the chat at the end. Some Europeans are not used to the American chat. It’s alien to us. We need you to get to the point quick. I am not complaining you are very articulate but watch a few British people like Emma Voysey. She goes straight to it!

  3. I'm here. Watching. You and I …same. Started at 163. Down to 155 now. Aiming for 130.
    Sept 15 2025 , i got serious. Been serious ever since. High protein 145 g. Calories 1600. Exercise everyday. About 30-45 minutes and 7,000 steps. Thanks for your encouragement.

  4. I just found your channel, LOVE your content! I’ve always been a healthy eater, just over eat ! Never had a weight problem, but I’m 57 years young, and the weight is just creeping on. Started during the pandemic and slowly been increasing! I’ve got about 40 lbs to lose, and was wondering how long it took you to lose the weight?!

  6. I love all of your encouragement in this video. When you got up close into the camera and said you have to be OK with eating the same foods most of the time etc… I know I can do that but to hear you say it up close and personal like that, along with a lot of the other things you said, really resignated with me. I sincerely needed to hear that. Thank you for your concern and dedication to all of your subscribers. You are a beautiful person inside and out.
