    🧊 Firm tofu:
    Microwave 1 min 30 sec with some water

    🍳 Kimchi topping
    150g meat (I used pork belly)
    150g kimchi
    1 tsp soy sauce
    0.5 tsp sweetener of choice (skippable)
    1 tsp sesame oil after off heat

    (🍶 optional soju will make it not keto-friendly)

  2. Remember that the keto diet will make you regain all those kilos you lost and even more when you return to your normal life. It is better to have a diet and exercise constantly
